How long does a temporary residence card take?
On average 71 days in Wrocław (2025). Complex cases — up to 3 months. We track deadlines on our end; you get notifications at every stage.
Do I have to come to the office?
Once — for fingerprints (UW requirement). Everything else is via WhatsApp, the portal, e-Doręczenia. No in-person meetings with us.
What's the total cost including state fees?
Service 2000 PLN. State fee 440 PLN (Wrocław, POBYT-work). Pełnomocnictwo 17 PLN. Total ~2457 PLN. No hidden charges.
Do you handle the case all the way through, or just to filing?
Until the card is in your hand. Including all wezwania, UW visits, decision, and document pickup. Price doesn't change even if UW drags.
What if UW says no?
We file an appeal at no extra fixed-fee charge (same 2000 PLN covers a second try). 94% of our appeals end in a positive decision.
What languages do you support?
Write as you wish — Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, English, or Belarusian. Manager replies in your language. We generate documents in Polish + a copy in yours.
